I practice traditional Taekwondo following the teachings of Grandmaster Kwon Jae-Hwa<\/a> for a long time. Since 2018 I am a member of Cincinnati Taekwondo Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As a teenager I practiced at the school of GM Angela Stadler. After moving and a pausing for a few years I joined the school of GM Thomas Weiss<\/a> and J\u00fcrgen Sammler<\/a> where I trained for many years during studying chemistry and later writing my PhD thesis at the University of Bonn. During that time I taught Taekwondo in the sports program of the University.
After I finished my thesis I got a scholarship for a PostDoc position at the Max-Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion in M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr where I founded a group teaching Taekwondo to employees. I lived in D\u00fcsseldorf and joined the school of Hardi Follmer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Back home in Austria I love to visit the school of Master Nader<\/a><\/p>\n

Since I moved to the USA and it is hard to find a school for traditional Taekwondo I also started learning patters of modern Taekwondo. And I built a Dojang in my basement.<\/p>\n
